* Did you know? 
My cupcakes freeze very well (with or without icing). Freeze them in a plastic container or in the box they came in. Just wrap the box in cling wrap and freeze.
To defrost, take them out of the container/box and leave them to reach room temperature. 
All my left-over cupcakes go into the freezer. It’s great to always have cupcakes ready to eat.  🙂 🙂
